I don't have any additional information at this point, but this is a photo of 505 Main Street, where the offices of Guilmartin DiPiro Sokolowski have collapsed.
People who escaped from the building just before the collapse have indicated that they believe everyone got out safely, but this has not been confirmed.
Of course, everyone should avoid Main Street at this time so that emergency workers can move quickly.
UPDATE: 11:45 pm; I spoke directly to one of the firefighters who was visiting buildings in the neighborhood. He confirmed that everyone in the building was able to safely escape before the collapse.

OH NO! I keep hearing funny noises on my roof! And we have leaks everywhere! (Just kidding about the noises....)
What a mercy that no one was hurt. So sorry for the folks at GDS.
I just heard that Oddfellows Playhouse stored all its props and costumes there, and that next to nothing is salvageable.
