The Coffeehouse Recording Studio, 510 Main Street, presents, on Thursday February 18, 2010 at 7:30pm, a rare and fun night of Connecticut rock'n'roll music history as they host an exclusive presentation of "It Happened But Nobody Noticed" - a film by JL Sonic and EM Schrader. This is a truly unique film in that it is one of the few documentaries that spotlight the Connecticut music scene, and specifically, the New Haven rock scene in the 1980's, which played out in such clubs as The Grotto and Toad's Place.
The film showing is limited to 40 people, and is first come first serve, with a $5 suggested donation at the door. A second showing will happen immediately afterwards to accomodate any overflow if warranted. Oh, and did we mention that we will have a deluxe popcorn cart on hand courtesy of our longtime friend - musician Joe Paris!

Thanks for the mention, Ed!
Should be a fun show.

sounds like a fun time - looking back at what was happening while I was a youngster. I hope I can make it.
Excellent film. Was a lot of fun checking out the screening! Thx to the filmmaker and Coffeehouse for hosting it.
