On February 4, 2010 the Street Crime Unit executed a Search and Seizure Warrant at the residence of 111 DeKoven Dr. Apt. 202. We had received numerous complaints concerning this address from concerned citizens that reside in the area.
The male target of our investigation D’Shaun Watson D.O.B. 8/22/83 also had an outstanding arrest warrant through MPD. Watson was taken into custody as he left the apartment building and was found to be in possession of PCP.
As detectives entered the apartment, in order to serve the search warrant, two parties were located and detained. Keenan Holley DOB 3/20/81 was found to be in possession of crack cocaine (3.3 grams) with a street value of $330.00 and marijuana.
Also located inside of the residence was a significant amount of US Currency, which was seized as asset forfeiture.
D’Shaun Watson was subsequently arrested for the following charges and held on a $200,00.00 Bond:
Possession of a Hallucinogen
Possession of Hallucinogen within 1500’ day care
Watson was also held on an additional $75,000.00 Bond for the outstanding warrant in which he was charged with:
Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License
Reckless Driving
Evading Responsibility/ Property Damage
Possession Crack Cocaine
Possession Crack Cocaine With Intent to Sell
Possession Crack Cocaine With Intent to Sell within 1500’ School Zone
Keenan Holley was subsequently arrested for the following charges and held on a $300,000.00 Bond :
Possession of Crack Cocaine
Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Sell
Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Sell within 1500’ daycare
Possession of Marijuana
Possession of Marijuana within 1500’ Daycare
