This Tuesday, October 20^th, Middlesex Community College (MxCC) will present a Poetry Reading and Book Signing with award winning poet, Maria Mazziotti Gillan. The presentation is free and open to the public and will be held in the Student Lounge in Founders Hall from 12:30-1:30 pm.

On Saturday, October 31^st, starting at 10 am, the MxCC Foundation will host its 6^th annual $cholarship 5K Run & Walk, the proceeds of which will provide scholarships to MxCC students. The cost to register for the race is $17 and a registration form can be downloaded at www.mxccfoundation.org. The event will feature the Pratt & Whitney Screaming Eagles Band and an All-America Military Show. All are invited to attend the festivities, even if you’re not interested in taking part in the Run/Walk.
