Middletown Teen Theater

Today the Middletown Teen Theater presented their Family Day. A treat for all family and friends to enjoy, the past three weeks the students ranging from 7th to 12th grade have been schooled by some of the best artists our town has to offer with some very impressive résumé’s.

Today's production was a compilation of many different areas within the Arts ranging from improv, basic to advanced acting as well as song and dance. These students poured out their heart and souls to the audience and provided to the parents a view of what will be seen next week in their production of Beauty and the Beast.

Executive Director Marco Gaylord opened up with a message to those in attendance that the program was in need of selling out the upcoming four shows to help keep the program available for our children, he made a plea to get the word out to as many friends and family as possible to come and enjoy the show next Thursday thru Saturday at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the new Middletown High School.

This program is a very well organized and much needed for our youth, to see the talent that Middletown has to offer is a testament to the Arts. The program to date is running in the red and needs support, please consider a visit to the school next weekend and enjoy the show.
