As two very well-known acoustic guitar accompanists in the United States, Flynn Cohen and Matt Heaton have toured all over the world supporting some of the finest in traditional music. Their duo act features a unique adaptation of Irish music to acoustic guitars, while doubling on mandolin and bouzouki. In addition to fiery ballad singing. Flynn has been called "a versatile string virtuoso" by Dirty Linen Magazine and has performed with John Whelan, Cathie Ryan, Halali, and Annalivia. Matt can be seen in concert with his flute-playing wife Shannon, as well as with Aoife Clancy, Boys of the Lough, and others. He founded the Boston branch of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann.
