Community Yoga

Every Saturday morning from 8:30 - 10 am.

Guided by Yoga Instructor, Terri Johnson, RYT
Saturdays 8:45am-10:00am for Beginners and Intermediates

Having experienced an immense sense of peace in her first yoga class, Terri has devoted the past 14 years to the study of several yoga styles to learn and grow interpersonally from the journey of Yoga on and off the mat. In 2010 she decided to become a Yoga Instructor to help others to find peace and health within themselves.

From the thousands of practice hours on the mat and a recent graduate of Lex Gillan’s The Yoga Institute in 2011, Terri brings a deep understanding of the yoga experience to her classes. She will be teaching a unique and varied Vinyasa Flow style as it allows her to unify her appreciation of the benefits of the different types of yoga.
