Remember When Pluto Was A Planet?

The Life of Galileo will come to life tonight when Oddfellows Playhouse’s Teen Repertory Company brings it to the stage. A Pay-What-You-Can Preview begins at 7:30pm this evening. Please bring a canned good to benefit Amazing Grace Food Pantry.

The Life of Galileo, by Bertolt Brecht, is the story of the man who used science to prove the Sun was the center of the universe. When he published his work and challenged the Church, he was left with nothing.

Other performances are set for Dec. 3-4 and 10-11. All performances begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased by calling the box office at (860) 347-6143 or by e-mail at tickets@oddfellows.org.
