Follow up to "Local Architects help feed the Hungry"

Here are some follow-up are pictures from Tuesday night's fundraiser at Coldstone Creamery in Middletown, owned by Priscilla Harnst; details about the cause can be found in the previous post "Local Architects help the Hungry"
Above, Architect Jeff Bianco, Bielefield Elementary principal Renata Lantos, and Mayor Sebastian Giuliano try their hands at scooping ice cream. From 6-9pm Riverview Plaza was bustling with students handing out flyers the detailing cause.

Inside, education Curriculum Director John Hennely took over for some of the BGW design staff and helped to sell raffle tickets for a year of free Coldstone ice cream, donated by Harnst , proceeds from which also went to CANstruction. Pictured above Karma and Margaret Masselli shown with raffle tickets. Ron Krom, of Amazing Grace food pantry stopped by for a bite, and to show his support. Plans are underway for Krom to speak in person to the Bielefield students on the importance of giving back to one's community & what food pantries do.
Much of the food collected by BGW & Bielefield ends up at Amazing Grace. The lucky winner was Alan Whalen, of Middletown.
