Sermon: Flood and Promise

In the ancient flood story, God saves creation by partnering up the creatures and sending them off on the ark to re-make the world. This is stewardship: Doing what we have been given to do, using what we have been given to use, partnering up with each other to take care of the world. We trust in God… but apparently, God also trusts us with this work.
