- 680 quarts of berries, from Pell Farm, in Somers
- 115 quarts of whipping cream
- 1468 biscuits, homemade by volunteers, entirely by hand, no mixers (that's why they are so light!)
The Ladies Aid Society of the Third Congregational Church in Westfield made hundreds and hundreds of people happy yesterday. Businesses treated their employees, City Hall got a big delivery, and a senior center in Cromwell used a bus to bring some eager customers.
Lorraine Andrews always brings her smile and the perfect apron, made by a fellow member of the Ladies Aid Society.
