Friday, November 6, and Saturday November 7, 2009, members of the South Fire District and the South Fire District Firefighters Local 3918 are hosting a “STUFF A FIRE TRUCK” food drive. The collection will take place at the Stop and Shop at 416 East Main Street. Firefighters will be collecting both perishable and non-perishable food items to benefit the Amazing Grace Food Pantry on Main St. Extension in the city of Middletown.
Collections can be made from 5-10 P.M. on Friday, 11/6/09 and from 8 A.M.-8 P.M. on Saturday, 11/7/09.
