For a second day in a row, there was no Middletown news in the print version of the "new" Hartord Courant. This must be what they mean by more local coverage.

The lack of Middletown news in the Courant had already started months ago. The "new" Courant is just a venue for advertisements - it contains very little in the way of news or stories. All of the columns that made the Courant worth reading have now been banished. So what do we do about it...do as I have done - Cancel your subscription!
Sloan Brewster of the Middletown Press has knocked them out of the ring. The Eye is her only competitor! If I could get the City Fish coupon here, it would put me over the edge to cancel a paper I mostly labor to throw away everyday or save to get a fire going. The Middletown Press is just as good for starting a fire...

You should set up a formal count of the days since the last article about Middletown and Number of Days this year without a Middletown article.
