O'Rourkes to be featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-ins and Dives

Food network crews and producers spent two days filming in Middletown's renowned O'Rourkes Diner last week for a show to be aired on the network's popular Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives show.

According to Brian O'Rourke, show host Guy Fieri spent a full shift following O'Rourke around the tiny restaurant, sampling food, talking to customers and divining the nuances of traditional diner fare as remade by chef O'Rourke.

We can thank Carolyn B from Portland for suggesting to Diners, Drivins and Dives that they come to O'Rourke's and sing the praises of a local legend.
