Frank Varela Trio

Frank Varela has dazzled audiences with his guitar prowess. The late Larry Coryell compared Frank’s guitar playing to that of Grant Green and Jeff Beck. With the grooving rhythms of Idalberto Perdomo and Jason Schwartz, an extremely talented bassist, these three musicians put on an intriguing performance sure to impress. Make a reservation here

Celebrating Roy Lisker

This celebration will feature readings and remembrances, a Beethoven piano sonata played by Jacob Smullyan, and a new composition by Neely Bruce created in Roy’s honor and premiered by the West End String Quartet.

Mattabesett String Collective
November 15 @ 8-10 pm

Featuring four musicians from four very Mattabesset String Collective is a 5-piece acoustic ensemble playing an eclectic mix of bluegrass, blues, folk, mountain, country and rock, all in a string band style. The band has played in various configurations around central Connecticut for over ten years. Its present lineup includes Barry Chernoff (guitar), Marc Eisner (mandolin), Rebecca McCallum (fiddle), Gil Skillman (banjo, cuatro, and dobro) and Kevin Wiliarty (bass). Make a reservation here
