Inland Wetlands To Consider Applications From South Cove Residential And From Pratt & Whitney Tonight

The Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of Middletown, Connecticut has scheduled a

public hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the

Municipal Building, 245 DeKoven Drive, Middletown, Connecticut for the following items:

1. Proposed excavation of contaminated wetland soils & soil surrounding the wetlands, placement of contaminated soil beneath an engineered control cap & restoration of the disturbed wetlands located at One Aircraft Road. Applicant/agent United Technologies Corporation/Pratt & Whitney Division 15-03
2. Proposed residential development of eight (8) buildings and seven (7) garages with associated infrastructure within 100 foot upland review area located at 225 River Road & 35 Eastern Drive known as the South Cove Residential Development. Applicant/agent Old Turkey Hill, LLC/Martin Smith 15-05
