Governor Malloy spoke about breaking the gaps that currently restrict kids from eating healthy meals and creating environemnts in which a meal is presented to any child that is hungry at any time.

I'm actually shocked Malloy actually has one decent plan on how to spend the taxpayers dollars . Unfortunately once he drives everyone out of the state with his insane tax hikes, he won't have to worry about it because there'll be nobody left to feed. I'm left hungry wishing he would feed us with some more reasonable spending.
