Water's Edge Receives Five Star Rating

Water’s Edge Center for Health & Rehabilitation, of 111 Church Street in Middletown, was recently recognized as a Five-Star Medicare Facility, the highest rating a skilled nursing facility can receive. 

 

Nursing home ratings are taken from the following three sources: Health Inspections, Staffing and Quality Measures.  “Our facility is pleased to receive this type of honor; it only reinforces that we have a great staff and offer exceptional care,” stated Administrator Lew Abramson. 

 

Water’s Edge Center for Health & Rehabilitation is a 150 bed skilled nursing facility offering sub-acute and post-surgery care on their signature “Passport Rehabilitation” unit.  The fourth floor is dedicated to a 35 bed nurturing and secured Dementia/Alzheimer’s Unit.
