The suspect in yesterdays fatal shooting has not been apprehended. Based on the advice of local authorities, Wesleyan instructs all students to remain in their residences. Faculty and staff should not come to their offices unless otherwise instructed. We will be sending information soon in regard to food and other administrative services.

Please remain cautious. The police investigation continues, and we remain in contact with them about all developments. We will send information via the usual channels as it becomes available.

The above was sent to the Wesleyan Community this morning.

How about a message to the Middletown community!!!!? I get to work this morning and see this... this is crazy. Why are they not warning residents with the auto call system they use with the police for missing persons??? If this guy wants to stick around for a shooting spree, we will be in harm's way too!

Not sure if this new photo of the suspect that’s been added to the mix is accurate or not.

Take a look at the small photograph next to the surveillance shot. It looks very different than the 2nd photo that circulated yesterday.
