A fundraiser buffet dinner will be held for the six (6) men who lost their lives in the Middletown, CT, “Kleen Energy” power plant explosion on February 7, 2010.
The “All You Can Eat” buffet will take place, this Saturday, (rain or shine) April 17th, 2010, between the hours of 4:00pm through 8:00pm at Middletown High School, on 200 LaRosa Lane, in Middletown. The high school is located off Newfield Street (Rt 3), in Middletown, CT. Ticket prices are $20 per person; children 10 or younger are free.
A brief speaking commencement will be held at 6:00pm. We will hear several State and local dignitaries.
There will be plenty of raffle items throughout the night, and ample parking. We will also have raffle tickets on sale for a 2010 Harley-Davidson “Sportster”, donated by “Yankee” Harley-Davidson of Bristol CT. “Sportster” tickets are $10 each.
The drawing for the “Sportster” will be held on June 26, 2010 during the “Lion’s Den” “Fight The Good Fight”, Boxing Fundraiser event, at the Connecticut Convention Center, 100 Columbus Blvd, Hartford, CT, at 9:00 pm.
