Robbery at Gas Station with Implied Weapon

On Tuesday, 3/9/10 at approximately 7:17am the Middletown Police were dispatched to 302 East Main St, Irving Gas Station for the report of a Robbery.  

A black male entered the store and asked the cashier for two cartons of cigarettes.  The black male then threatened the cashier with a weapon, grabbed the cartons of cigarettes and took off running.  A weapon was implied but not shown.  No one was injured during the incident.  

The suspect was seen leaving the area in a dark colored vehicle. 

The investigation is on going and will be followed up by the Patrol Division.
