City's Graduation Rate Shows Dramatic Improvement

CT Mirror: See the graduation rate at your local high school
The city school district had one of the largest 5 year increases in high school graduation rates in the state, according to an article in the Connecticut Mirror.

Middletown High School had a graduation rate of 93.4% for the class of 2016, with an improvement of nearly 15% over the rate in 2012. This was the 9th best improvement out of the state's 180 high schools.

This success has occurred entirely under the leadership of Superintendent of Schools Pat Charles.
