Breakfast at O'Rourke's

St. Patrick's Day breakfast at O'Rourke's is a tradition in our family. The French Toast Special this morning was actually pancakes, soaked in french toast batter and topped with berries. The whole diner sang Happy Birthday to our 15-year-old, and then she blew out the candle on her soda-bread-topped-with-jam.

While we were there, Brian showed us the latest issue of Yankee Magazine, which featured the best six breakfast spots in New England. Guess who made the cut!

Happy Birthday! It sounds like you started your birthday off right with breakfast at O'Rourke's Diner.

I visited O'Rourke's recently with my two managers. I had forgotten how good it is! Brian came by and handed out freshly made banana bread, then a young woman stopped by our table with the beater and spoons to try the batter!! Yum! The experience showed my managers a great customer service experience (much better than me telling them to go above and beyond)
