Charge: Cruelty to Animals 53-247
Officers were dispatched to 1222 Town Colony Dr at approximately 10:49 am after Serrano’s girlfriend called police stating that Serrano killed her two-year-old Chihuahua. The Chihuahua was deceased when officers arrived on scene. The investigation revealed that Serrano struck the Chihuahua.
The case is pending further investigation. No further information at this time.
