Drug Bust on Afton Terrace

From the Middletown Police Department


On April 14, 2010 the Street Crime Unit with the assistance of the MPD Emergency Response Team (ERT), Detective Division, and the Patrol Division executed a Search and Seizure Warrant at the residence of 33Afton Ter. We had received numerous complaints concerning this address from concerned citizens that reside in the area.


As the ERT entered the residence they discovered four parties who were detained and identified as Jonathan M. Robles DOB 4/25/88, Jordan Pickard DOB 5/9/91, Yolanda Roldan DOB 4/1/66, and Jessica Sato-Morales DOB 3/16/89.

The male target of our investigation Jonathan M. Robles (AKA Mike Robles) D.O.B. 4/25/88 was taken into custody. Robles was found to be in possession of cocaine, crack cocaine, and marijuana. Also located in the residence was a rifle, ammunition, and body armor which Robles stated belonged to him.

Jordan Pickard had two outstanding Failure to Appear Warrants through the Middletown Police Department. Pickard was also found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.


Jonathan M. Robles was subsequently arrested for the following charges and held on a  $250,00.00 Bond:
Possession of Cocaine
Possession of Cocaine With Intent to Sell
Possession of Cocaine With Intent to Sell within 1500’ of a Daycare
Possession of Crack Cocaine
Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Sell
Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Sell within 1500’ of a Daycare
Possession of less than 4 ounces of Marijuana
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Jordan Pickard was subsequently taken into custody on the two outstanding warrants and held on a $20,000.00 bond. 

Pickard was also arrested for the following charges and held on an additional $50,000.00 Bond :
Possession of Marijuana
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Been reading so much about drugs and criminals and crazy people with knives running down the streets on the streets of Middletown lately-

One sunny afternoon, citizens, go outside walk down your street with your head held high- let the crackheads fit somewhere else to sell their drugs- Let's not let our neighborhoods fall apart. We have to come together on this one!
