Union Spurns Dem Councilman's Suggestion of Deferred Pay Increase

Responding to a request by Democratic Majority Leader and Council member Thomas Serra to consider a deferment of pay increases, the Middletown Managers and Professional Association has informed Serra that they only consider the mayor a legitimate representative for pay negotiations.
