Many folks in the area know John and Debi Friedlander well because of their work in the real estate market in Middletown, and from their work with the Church House Concert series in Haddam.
Debi is recovering from a bout with cancer and Friday at the Kate (The Katherine Hepburn Performing Arts Center) in Old Saybrook, the Hartford band the Shinolas will be hosting a benefit to help defray costs of Deb's cancer treatment.
The show will also include peformances by Mark Erelli, Amy Fairchild and Joan Schroeder.
