The Police Department has scheduled a meeting to discuss the noise of firearms from its training facility at the base of Mt. Higby, in the Westfield neighborhood. The Dingwall Horan Joint Firearms Training Facility is located less than a half mile from Higby Road, but accessed from Route 66 near Guida's. In recent years, neighbors have heard extensive gunfire from this facility, which is used by the city police and the FBI.
The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 13th, 2013 at 6:30pm
The meeting will take place at the Westfield Fire Department
