The Middletown Board of Education’s School Resource Officer Exploratory Committee is hosting a public hearing on Tuesday, June 1st from 6:30-8:30 pm. The hearing will be held via Zoom. The link to access the hearing and share comments will be available on the Middletown Public School’s website on the “BOE Meetings Live Stream” page and on the agenda that will be posted 1 week in advance on the MPS and city websites.
The committee is particularly interested in hearing about the experiences of students and families who have had interactions with School Resource Officers. Community members will be given up to 3 minutes to speak.
