Summer Circus!!

Thank you to all of you who made it out on Saturday for the 21st Children's Circus of Middletown (This is only the second time in 21 the show has been performed on the rain date)- It truly was a community event. Over 200 children performed for an audience of more than 800 people. This years Circus performance directed for the first time by Skyler Sullivan and stage managed by Bobbye Knoll included a 25 piece band of volunteer musicians. The show was a huge success and we want to give a great big thank you to everyone who made it possible.

Here are some highlights from the show.

I still can't believe that the Mayor would get pied in the face... it just shows how great of a public servent he is... he'll always have my vote!!

I also appreciated that the Mayor accepted a pie in the face, and then Bobbye and company followed suit! It was a fun finale to an incredibly creative show. Loved the animated face which came to life in pieces, all of the costumes, the talents of the youths participating, and the Clean Your Room! nightmare. A great show all around, and just one more thing that makes Middletown such a special place!
