PEAK Color in Town

No one has to travel far to find some peak foliage right here in town. These where my favorites, as I drove my bike around town today.

 

The Foliage Network reported on Oct 16th,  that in many areas, there 

won't be a "true peak" this year.  This is because the trees are very much out of sync.  There are many areas that have bare trees and trees that are still green.  Peak on the map this year means that conditions are as close as they will be to peak. There is a good amount of fall color to be seen in much of the region.
