Have Adult Ed students and City Hall employees gone back to parking there? The situation is a disaster.
That white car is blocking half the sidewalk making it difficult if not immposible for a wheelchair to get by. Nice. Looks like signs saying "No Backing into parking spaces" will need to be posted.
Now lets start ripping it up to build a parking garage we dont even need...only in Middletown
