October 12 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm | $10
A very special evening! The trio who are the founding members of the Hartford CT jam band trio "The McLovins" are here this Sunday.
Tonight’s performance will be these
three musicians in all combinations collaborating throughout the two-set show,
together and alone. It will be the first time Jeff and Jake share the stage as
a duo since Jeff left the McLovins in 2011. Krizta Moon’s beautiful vocals and
original songs off her CD “ Tending the Garden of Truth” with backing by Jeff
on the guitar and Jake Huffman’s original solo acoustic songs from his CD “ My
Friend Jake” with backing by Jeff as well, will make this a night you surely
will not want to miss.

So why whenever there is a jazz performance announced we have to hear they teach at ________University or went to _____________University. It is Jazz! WC Handy, Louis Armstrong, Count Basie, and thousands more jazz artists never went to college and real jazz fans don't care. Tell us their style, influences, approach to their music, etc.
Anon: There are links to the artists' websites. You could try that to find out "...their style, influences, approach to their music, etc." the artists probably do a better job than the poster could explaining who they are.
