This Saturday (12/05),
The Russell Library presents the
Janaki Trio at 3 p.m. in the
Hubbard Room.
Serena McKinney (violin),
Katie Kadarauch (viola) and
Arnold Choi (cello) have performing together since 2005 with a repertoire that covers a wide swath of chamber music, from Beethoven to Brahms to Penderecki to Schoenberg to works that the ensemble has commissioned. To find out more about the trio, go to
www.janakistringtrio.com/.
The event is free and open to the public. Events such as this and the other concerts as well as the movie series and readings are co-sponsored by the Friends of the Russell Library, who are conducting the annual
Holiday Book Sale this weekend. Stop into the Children's Activity Room and say thanks.
