Ballot Questions All Projected to Pass Overwhelmingly

It appears that voters have overwhelmingly supported two city bond referenda.

With half of the precincts reporting:

Question 3 ($1M bond referendum for wells): 
    YES      6104
    NO        2553 

Question 4 ($16.35M bond referendum for road improvements):
    YES      6291
     NO        1942

The State constitutional initiatives also passed overwhelmingly in our city

Question 1 (Transportation Fund Lock Box): 
    YES      7825
    NO        1107 

Question 2 (Restrictions on State Land Transfers):
    YES      7356
     NO        1371
