Choose to Give to The Friends of the Russell Library

A recent concert was funded by The Friends of the Russell Library.
For all of you who have missed buying a book at one of the Friends of the Russell Library's book sales, there is another way to help the organization! The Friends of the Russell Library is one of the charitable organizations you may choose to donate to through Amazon Smile.

AmazonSmile is a website operated by Amazon with the same products, prices, and shopping features as Amazon.com. The difference is that when you shop on AmazonSmile, the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price of eligible products to the charitable organization of your choice.

All you need to shop at AmazonSmile is to simply go to smile.amazon.com from the web browser on your computer or mobile device. You can login using your Amazon account. When you first login, the website will ask for you to choose a charitable organization. That's when you can type in:
The Friends of the Russell Library

You'll see it listed in a drop down menu as being located in Middletown, Connecticut. You can start shopping immediately!

The Friends of the Russell Library funds a wide variety of programs and services at Russell Library. They give the money so that people may take out a museum pass to go to a museum for free; they fund special children's programming and arts and culture programs; they work so that the community may have a wonderful selection of free programs at the library.
