Russell Library, Wednesday, May 6: Introduction to Yoga Nidra


Join us from 7-8:30pm at Russell Library, 123 Broad St., when local Yoga instructor Cynthia Wolcott will lead us in a 90 Yoga Nidra session, appropriate for all ages.  Yoga nidra or "yogi sleep" is a sleep-like state which yogis report to experience during their meditations. Yoga nidra, lucid sleeping is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.  Registration is requested.
