The Friends of Russell Library Book Sale is This Weekend!

Books of all sorts are available at the Friends' Book Sale!

This Friday September 9th from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and this Saturday September 10th  from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, The Friends of the Russell Library will be selling books in the Children's Activity Room of the library. It is their first book sale of the year, and promises to be an excellent one!

Books of all sorts: big ones, little ones, blue ones, red ones, some for children, some for adults, books for cooks, and books for gardeners can be had for very little money!

Also on hand will be CDs and DVDs, some for as little as $1.00.

You can't beat the prices!

All of the Friends' money earned through the book sales go directly to pay for programs at the library. This summer, they funded Yoga In The Courtyard, Adult Coloring, and The Fairy and Gnome Houses Workshop.
This fall, the Friends' are providing funding for the Concert Series (beginning September 24), Readers Theater (beginning October 20), Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Speckled Band ( October 13) and Tellabration (November 13), to name only a few.
