Reports of Logs Being Hurled Through Car Windows on Route 17

The Middletown Eye received a report this morning of a driver who indicated that a log had been thrown through her side windshield while driving late last night on Route 17 between Wesleyan Hills Road and Brush Hill Road.

The police officer who arrived on the scene indicated that a similar incident had occurred to a Police Department shift supervisor, and another driver also reported having a branch hitting his car while driving in the same area.

All accidents occurred after 10 PM, and no injuries have been reported.
