From the Connecticut Bar Association
Attorneys, judges, paralegals and other legal professionals will gather on Thursday, June 23 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford for the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) 2011 Annual Meeting. Each year, the Annual Meeting serves as an opportunity for CBA members to celebrate achievements from the past bar year and look ahead to new goals for the next.
This year’s event will feature 40 educational seminars—more than ever offered before—in areas such as labor and employment law, family law, real property law and technology. The CBA’s publishing division, LawFirst Publishing, will also premiere its newest publication, Annuities in Connecticut Estate Planning: An Essential Guide for Attorneys and Financial Advisors by attorney Joseph Cipparone. Rogers will deliver remarks.
Keith Bradoc Gallant, of New Haven’s Day Pitney LLP, will be installed as the association’s president for the 2011-2012 bar year.
