I went to the Adult Exercise a few times. I would describe it as mostly aerobics on the light side. Senior citizens were running circles around me, which really helped motivate me to get into better shape. It was very casual and fun and you cannot possibly beat the price - I think its ten dollars for 3 months. It was also nice to see how much activity goes on at WWMS in the evenings. There was a karate class, people using the pool, and other extracurriculars.
