Cooking Demonstration Held At Senior Center

Demonstrator, Judi ann Lausier from Home Instead Senior Care serves up pork chops recently at the Middletown Senior Center.

Part of an on going monthly  program, "Cooking for 1 or 2 Made Simple".  Local residents Richard Sanford, Kitty, Enza Spada and Jenny Duncan look on.

The center will be offering a free holiday class, "Gifts From the Kitchen", sponsored by Home Instead Senior Care,  on December 15th, reservations required by calling 860-344-3513.
