Update--Good news: For up-to-date information on Connecticare-Molina coverage, for example, to get the correct price for my Tier 1 Drug, from Molina, I proceeded with 2026 Medicare & You booklet at hand, along with Molina Healthcare 2026 Formulary (pdf), open to p. viii, Drug Cost Description, 

I contacted my Connecticare phone number (listed in the booklet in the line above my plan name, at 866-384-3002). I was passed to 3-4 departments, and finally to the Pharmacy department. After a 5-min. wait, while they called my local Walgreen, I was assured that my 3-month supply of Tier 1 drug is $2.00 and not $93 that Walgreens indicated. It wasn't quick and easy, but it wasn't impossible. 

Also, about Google searches: A search (with google using AI) can often answer questions that your institution help cannot. AI's knowledge about practices & procedures for Institutions, including banks, Amazon, Airlines, charities, all kinds of companies, including many consumer goods vendors. I've found it more effective to try a google search first.

Molina Rollout Overview & Your Complaint

Search on Molina rollout problems finds many complaints saying that logging into Molina (formerly ConnectiCare) is problematic, apparently full of "bugs, glitches and bad links."
