Story City Troupe
Readings by
local storytellers.
NOTE: There are no physical tickets for events at The Buttonwood Tree.
Story City Troup is hosted tonight by retired Public Defender, Michael
Isko. Mike has been telling stories since 2015, and he is thrilled to continue coming to the Buttonwood Tree to share them.
Kick off Labor Day Weekend with true stories of "Pushing the Rock Up the Hill," getting knocked down, trying to change a group--and ultimately letting go of what holds you back. The rock is often heavy, how do we move it to the top of the hill.
Favorite New Haven story teller Saul Fussiner will be joined by our founder, Sue Huggans. Retired Public Defender Mike Isko will be doing his usual double duty for the evening as MC & storyteller, And we might even have a surprise guest or two.
