Early Tuesday morning, firefighters were called to the Kleen Energy power plant on River Road. Fire officials said the 2-alarm fire was in an insulated wall. That was also the case when fire broke out there in 2014, nearly 4 years to the day after six men were killed in an explosion at the plant in 2010.
There was another, smaller fire at the plant on Nov. 29, 2017. More background on the Kleen plant can be found here
