Westfield Neighbors Barbecue Potluck MONDAY!

Front page of the WRA quarterly newsletter.
The Westfield Residents Association is holding its annual barbecue and potluck picnic on Monday, under the Arlene Rich Pavilion in Smith Park. The WRA will provide pulled pork from the nearby Wood and Smoke Barbecue.

WRA meetings are open to all, bring your friends and family,  a side dish or dessert to share, and enjoy a great summer evening with neighbors, friends old and friends new.

The WRA is the city's oldest residential neighborhood group, founded in 1981. It has been working to ensure responsible development in our city. In its early years it advocated against a proposed race-track and then for the Aetna development. About 10 years ago it played an important role in the siting of the Armed Forces Training Facility. The organization also hosts a popular meet the candidates event prior to each election.
