Slick roads from the night's rain led to a two car collision on Country Club Road Wednesday morning. No one was seriously hurt, and the accident was cleared within an hour.
A blown-down tree at Country Club and Miner Street had Country Club Road backed up a long way at 6:30 am. Dark, wet and slick, and cars were making U-turns wherever they could. Not sure if the two incidents were related.
