The Friends of the Russell Library
You'll see it listed in a drop down menu as being located in Middletown, Connecticut. You can start shopping immediately!
The Friends of the Russell Library funds a wide variety of programs and services at Russell Library. They give the money so that people may take out a museum pass to go to a museum for free; they fund special children's programming and arts and culture programs; they work so that the community may have a wonderful selection of free programs at the library.
