8:35-9:00 Introduction and Overview - Bruce Hyde/Juliana Barrett, UConn

9:00-9:45 Change is Happening - David Vallee, Hydrologist in Charge, NOAA/NWS, Northeast River Forecast Center changes in rainfall frequencies, the shifting design storm based on the new NOAA Atlas, changes in general flood behavior in the lower Connecticut basin and sea level rise and storm surge

9:45-10:15 Infrastructure - Giovanni Zinn, City Engineer, City of New Haven, impacts of the change in storminess on drainage systems, roads and infrastructure, including how green infrastructure/LID figures into the equation

10:15-10:30 Break

10:30-11:30 Agriculture/Recreation/Tourism Impacts
Kip Kolesinskas (CT Dept. of Agriculture) - effects on farms and the foods and products we can buy locally
Michelle Eckman (CT Audubon) - consequences for biodiversity and ecosystems, impacts on tourism and the animals we see in our yards
Chris Dobbs (CT River Museum) - the immediate impact of the rising river on the museum and the potential ripple effect on tourist attraction has on other tourist attractions and businesses
