WESU Record Fair Sunday!
WESU is very excited to host its annual Fall Record Fair this weekend! Looking for that rare
record you’ve always dreamed of? You may be in luck! You’ll find dozens of vendors from
across the Northeast selling vinyl, CDs, posters, Tshirts, and more. There will also be live
WESU DJs and WESU gear on sale to support freeform radio. Come down to celebrate great music with the station!
The record fair will take place on Sunday, October 18th from 11am - 4pm
in Beckham Hall at 45 Wyllys Avenue.
Beckham Hall is located on the Wesleyan Campus. Come support the station and invite your friends!
ABOUT WESU 88.1FM
WESU is one of the oldest noncommercial radio stations in the United States. By day, Monday
through Friday, WESU offers a diverse mix of news and public affairs from NPR, Pacifica, and independent and local media sources. On weeknights and weekends, WESU student and community volunteer broadcasters provide a freeform mix of creative music programming featuring music not readily available elsewhere on the radio.
The station currently broadcasts at the frequency of 88.1 FM from its 6,000watt transmitter
located atop the Wesleyan University science tower in Middletown, CT with a potential to reach
over one million listeners throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. WESU also streams online
through their website www.wesufm.org .
